Just updated the Fallen site with the Fall 2009 footwear and apparel. This site looks simple, but it’s a lot of work. The line has grown from the last few seasons, making this project more of a process than ever. I guess work is good, but like anything, we humans always try and figure out a better way to do things.
Billy Day Knight
Billy and I go way back. Like ’85 back. Billy is another one of them dudes that I haven’t talked to in a bit, but our friendship will always be a good one. Too many memories and good times. BILLLLYYYY!!! This is a Louis Vuitton ripoff business card I did for him in ’03. My kerning could be a bit better.
Mr. McClure
This is Josh McClure. He is one unique individual. We haven’t spoken in months, though I always know it will be a good time catching up with life’s twists and turns.

Mirror
Shane Stirling, a good friend of mine, let me shoot some photos of her many years ago. At the time I was developing my own film, and printing my own photos. I shot this photo using infrared film, but blew it in the darkroom when I was trying to get the damn film on the developing roll.. ended up fogging it up a bit. This is one image that seemed to work for me though. Fortunate misfortune.

Dreamland: Beqa Island – Fiji
Ran across this photo in the archives. I need to go back to this place. Traded a bunch designs work for a stay at Lalati Resort on Beqa Island. Because I had my son, the Kwasny’s sold the island to someone else, and numerous other reasons, I haven’t returned to cash in my time. Some day.. some day, or maybe never. Linda Kwasny, if for some reason you read this.. hook it up!!

Twin Fin Time
The long awaited board from Peter Schroff has made it to the polish station. Looks like I might be able to pick it up this weekend. All my surf dreams in the 80s are going to come true 25 years later. Stoked! Thanks M!
ZERO / MYSTERY Summer 2009
Just finished updating the ZERO Skateboards and MYSTERY Skateboards product catalogs. Full screen product display. Working with Flash can be a bitch sometimes. I like using Flash, but my skills are limited when it comes to using Actionscript (the code that makes everything slide and fade). Been at it for years, but it always changes, and causes you to constantly learn new things. Such is life I guess.
